Nike LunarGlide 6

Since the creation of the original, Nike‘s LunarGlide has been a favorite amongst runners thanks to its Lunarlon cushioning, stable build, supportive upper and sleek design. Now, Nike debuts its most plush, responsive LunarGlide yet with the brand new LunarGlide 6. Employing a lighter version of the ever-popular Lunarlon foam, redesigned outsole, enhanced Dynamic Stability, and an all-new engineered upper, the shoe “is the epitome of performance-meets-style” according to Rob Williams, Senior Footwear Designer. Runners’ insights heavily shaped the new shoe – a newly developed outsole pattern to more closely mimic the way a runner’s foot moves dynamically from landing to takeoff while the angle of the Dynamic Support technology – two wedges of opposing foam densities – was increased to enhance stability. Finally, soft foam and breathable mesh combine on the upper to conform to the foot with a breathable graphic pattern as integrated Flywire and an external heel counter provide snug, comfortable lockdown.

The Nike LunarGlide 6 is now available to customize via NIKEiD and will be available in stores and at Nike.com beginning July 10.
