Poll: Which Rap Group Should Reunite?

The past week saw 50 Cent’s highly welcomed reunion with the G-Unit crew at this year’s HOT 97 Summer Jam festivities. After hearing the Queens collective dropping two great Hit-Boy and Drake renditions, Fiddy announced a reunion album of the squad. Additionally, Harlem’s most famous rap collective, Dip Set, have recently rejoined forces for A-Trak and Cam’ron’s “DipSh*ts” video, fueling rumors of an imminent release of their third studio album Diplomatic Immunity 3. All this, led us to think of a few groups that we would love to see being re-activated again. Obviously, we would more than applaud a second installment of Madlib and Freddie Gibb’s Piñata album. It would also be great to see legendary trip A Tribe Called Quest getting back at it as well as Pusha T and NoMalice coming back strong as Clipse. The same accounts for Yasiin Bey and Talib Kweli linking back up together as Black Star. Last but not least, it would be a wish come true seeing Kanye West, Pharrell Williams and Lupe Fiasco unified as one of the potentially biggest trios hip-hop has ever seen — C.R.S. (Child Rebel Soldier) — especially since they have never delivered us the album they promised us. We leave it to you to choose which act should reappear the soonest. Submit your vote in the poll below and feel free to add other acts that have stopped working together in the comment section below. Please note that we have only considered groups with living and active members.
