Valentino has partnered with Italian decorative arts company Fornasetti for a limited edition capsule collection. Inspired by the psychological concept of “parallel vision,” which entails the ability of the brain to simultaneously process incoming stimuli of differing quality, this collection combines the haunting illustrations by 20th century painter Piero Fornasetti with the Valentino camo pattern in a variety of objects including sunglasses, an eyewear travel case and accompanying wooden box, a silk scarf, two wooden trays, a porcelain plate and a wooden stool. This collection will debut at the Valentino Sala Bianca 945 event in New York on December 10.
