Here's Jai Paul Appearing on Miguel's Instagram

It’s a rare enough sight to see a new Jai Paul song pop up on the internet these days. It’s an even rarer occasion to have the elusive artist’s face appear on social media. Well, this is exactly the case when you open Miguel‘s Instagram page. You will see the crooner align with Jai Paul himself, and his brother AK Paul.

Earlier this year, we found out that Jai Paul is indeed working on new music, when producer Rodaidh McDonald confirmed working with him.

I did something with him last week, some vocal production on a new song. We finished it, whether he wants to put it out or not I don’t know. It’s just a very long process for him I guess, he’s been working on (his album) for years. One of the things that I sort of identified was that he might benefit from some help using vocals. But his music sounds so good, he doesn’t need any help, I think he’s perfect.

Back in 2013, a fake Jai Paul debut album appeared on Bandcamp in 2013, featuring 16 untitled tracks. The release was taken down and both Jai and his label, XL Recordings, called the piece not real and illegal. Let’s hope there’s an actual collaboration with Miguel in the works, along with more new music coming from him.
