American Sniper Official Trailer

The official trailer for Clint Eastwood’s American Sniper has been released, affording us a glimpse at what looks set to be an epic film. Starring Bradley Cooper as U.S. Navy SEAL Chris Kyle, known as the most lethal sniper in American military history, the film explores his life over four tours of duty in Iraq as he builds up a formidable reputation for himself among his comrades and also in the enemy ranks. Through his astonishing exploits and ability to rack up enemy kills like no other, Kyle eventually earns the nickname “Legend” but struggles to balance his identity as a sharpshooter along with his roles as father and husband back home. American Sniper is set to be released in the U.S. on Christmas Day later this year.
