Nissan's "Clean Graffiti" Video Shows Graffiti In A New Light

Nissan has collaborated with reverse graffiti artist Moose to promote the LEAF electric car in an innovative public art campaign. Unlike normal graffiti where paint is applied onto a wall, reverse graffiti instead entails removing grime from a wall in a controlled fashion to create murals that not only have artistic value, but also draw attention to the pollution present in our everyday environments. Using high-powered jets of water and stencils made of plywood, Moose is invited to create such murals in Hamburg and London, with the Nissan LEAF providing the power necessary to carry out the operations.
