Apple Celebrates 30 Years of the Mac

Apple pays tribute to the 30th anniversary of its flagship Mac computer today with the launch of a short video and microsite highlighting its extensive innovations over the years. In the video, creatives like Moby, Tinker Hatfield and Hans Zimmer among many more sit down to discuss some of their fondest memories using a Mac. As for the site, Apple explores each of its major advancements over these three decades, all the way up to the newly-released Mac Pro. What’s more is that visitors are asked to talk about their first experience in owning or using a Cupertino computer, while a tally runs displaying a list of the most popular first Mac models.
