Warm Brew - The Ride (Full Album Stream)

If you’re looking for new West Coast hip-hop to add to your summer rotation, look no further than this project from young Venice, California group Warm Brew. The LA rap outfit has been on a steady grind since they began releasing music about two years ago and their progression continues to show with each release. This time around, they teamed up with DJ Dahi, who produced Kendrick Lamar‘s “Money Trees,” Lord Quest, who just appeared as the production credit on Dom Kennedy‘s “Erica (Part 1)” last week, and more for their free album, The Ride. The influence of many West Coast legends is notable on the 16-track project just as it has been on Warm Brew’s previous releases, and it seems their homegrown style is working.
