Is Watch the Throne 2 Already In the Works?

Hudson Mohawke – a Scottish producer signed to Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music label – took to Twitter on Friday to criticize Jay-Z’s recent album release Magna Carta… Holy Grail. When the 27-year-old musician tweeted “This record could’ve came out 10 yrs ago n no one would’ve batted an eye lid. That is all,” legendary producer and #MCHG contributor Mike Dean responded with “why the negativity? crown = goat track… easy!” The conversation ensued from there, suggesting that a Watch the Throne 2 is indeed in the works with Dean tweeting “don’t burn your bridge for WTT2!” and “yep. It’s happening.” With both Kanye and Hova experimenting with new sounds from various genres, how do you think WTT2 will stack up against its original 2011 release?
