This subtle collection features the iconic silhouette of a Chuck Taylor All Star with large, embossed polka dots that have been applied through a process known as flocking. Flocking is when small fiber particles are deposited onto adhesive coated surfaces to create a somewhat velvet-like feel that can be a bit elevated. With tonal choices of black, white and grey, the FLOCKY collection is exclusive to Japanese stockists, seen here, with each pair releasing for ¥5,900 JPY (approximately $59 USD).
