ISAORA and Quiksilver team up to produce a capsule collection that will both physically and stylistically prepare riders for the slopes in 2014. The name of the collection, “RARE EARTH” derives its inspiration from “the transformation of natural elements into technology and focuses on the intersection between the complex beauty of nature and technical man-made precision.”
With this in mind, the collection sought to add an element of craftsmanship to a field that typically demands above all else, performance in the face of extreme conditions. For the outerwear, designed by the Jonathan & Fletcher studio in the alps, materials were sourced from premium European mills. The signature print of the collection appears on most items including the leather-accented 21L pack and of course, the Aerosyn-Lex designed board that rounds out the collection.
