Jay-Z Contributing to 'Annie' Soundtrack

Upon news of an upcoming theatrical interpretation of “Annie,” it appears not only will Jay-Z serve as executive producer alongside Will Smith, but the hip-hop mogul will also be contributing to the Annie soundtrack. Entertainment Weekly also reports the project will have a “full dose of modern music influences” while the Annie theatrical show will release in 2014.
