Recent photos have surfaced of what is expected to be Paul Rodriguez‘s Primitive x Nike SB Lunar Rod signature model. Working with the co-founded Rodriguez Primitive LA boutique, the sneaker features a red and white Nike Lunarlon sole atop an SB upper — combining both the comfortable lightweight characteristics of a running shoe along with the durability of a skate shoe. Further details include a safari print heel box, contrasting orange lining, a patterned “Swoosh” logo, and a plastic heel support tab. No date has been given on the official release of this collaboration, but the slated October release of the original Lunar Rods should hold you down for now.
