WTAPS releases another piece from its World War II-inspired 2012 fall/winter “YOU ARE MY SUNSHINE” collection. Taking the shape of a military jacket often worn by airborne troopers, the WTAPS PARASMOCK jacket receives an element of streetwear with the use of leopard camouflage instead of the traditional foliage adapted disruptive pattern. Made from brushed cotton twill, the tightly packed fabric offers a moderate level of water resistance, while lined layers of cotton and an oversized hood keep the wearer cozy during cold and windy conditions. Retailing now for a price of ¥79,800 JPY (approximately $1,020 USD), the WTAPS PARASMOCK / COTTON. TWILL. 3LAYER jacket is available now at select WTAPS stockists.
