For Fall/Winter 2012 PUMA has teamed up with esteemed fabric supplier The British Millerain Co. for a small footwear collection. The meshing of the two brands was executed with an almost seamless juxtaposition of PUMA’s sport-based roots alongside the British Military and performance textile resume of The British Millerain Co. Comprising two models, the Stepper Luxe and Roma, the collection features The British Millerain Co.’s signature waxed canvas and outdoor-inspired details like tartan and leather trim. Each pair speaks even greater quality when paying closer attention to the details as thin tonal stitching traces its way across the various layered panels of each iteration, and understated suede hits play a role in the toe and heel of a few silhouettes. With four colorways available for the Stepper Luxe and two for the Roma, there’s plenty to choose from.
