Inspired by Transformers‘ Megatron, the Calvin Johnson x Nike CJ81 collection serves as Nike’s latest collaboration with the famed wide receiver. Taking the Transformers figure and placing its image across a number of iconic Nike silhouettes, the CJ81 collection stands as one of the more unique Nike collaborations in recent memory. Adding a touch of Megatron imagery to the CJ81 Nike Air Max Flyposite, CJ81 Nike Huarache Free Shield and CJ81 Nike Vapor Jet Glove 2.0, amongst other items, each piece uniquely embodies a touch of Megatron’s likeness. Set to release on November 23, the Nike CJ81 collection will be available at select Nike retailers.
