Nero put rumors to bed last week that a track titled “Won’t You (Be There)” was the outcome of a collaboration between themselves and fellow EDM producer Skrillex, when it was in fact their own project. However, the British trio stated that there were a few things lined up in the pipeline between themselves and the two-time Grammy winner, the first of which is offered up today. Recently signed to Skrillex’s label imprint OWSLA, MONSTA have been given a remix by the aforementioned parties that turns up their debut single “Holdin On” a notch, or 10. Sitting in between the dubstep and drum ‘n’ bass genres, Nero and Skrillex take full advantage of MONSTA’s vocalist Skaar’s vocals by integrating it with their own signature bass drops and grinding wobbles. The track comes as part of MONSTA’s debut EP that drops October 23 via OWSLA. Listen in below.
