Raf Simons 2012 Spring/Summer Collection

For the Spring/Summer 2012 season, Belgian designer Raf Simons presents us with a collection that’s not only sleek and modern but that also beckons to another time. A series of all-black looks, while strong, were wisely broken up by hints of color that manifested themselves in the form of plaid shirts and bright floral motifs. Raf’s signature color-blocking technique also produced a dramatic effect that highlighted the silhouette of the garments while also accentuating the details.
