In a tribute to iconic British watchmaker John Harrison who has been credited with inventing the marine chronometer, Girard-Perregaux has designed this “John Harrison” Worldtimer style as part of its ww.tc collection. With a 41mm white gold casing, 24 time zone display and engraved rotor, the automatic mechanical watch features a unique dial depicting the original journey taken by Harrison’s son back in 1761 to test the accuracy of his father’s H-4 timepiece. Individually numbered and limited to only 50 pieces, the watch will only be available through a select number of stockists globally.
