Another 2Pac Photographer Is Suing Kylie & Kendall Jenner for Copyright Infringement

Will they ever learn?

In early July, Jenner sisters Kylie and Kendall were sued for copyright infringement after creating T-shirts for their Kendall + Kylie clothing line that superimposed images of themselves over unauthorized photos of legendary rappers 2Pac and Biggie Smalls.

But it looks like trouble remains for Kendall as yet another photographer has sued the model’s company for using a picture of Tupac Shakur, The Notorious B.I.G. and Redman. According to TMZ, photographer Al Pereira claims Jenner had no right to use his photo, which can be found on the same set of T-shirts. The line was quickly pulled after a ton of blacklash to which the sisters issued an apology letter.

In a subsequent statement, the Kendall + Kylie brand called the copyright infringement claims “baseless” and that there had “been no infringement or violation of anyone’s rights,” saying only two shirts sold before pulling the line.
