Over the weekend, Grammy award-winning lyricist Kendrick Lamar played a riveting one-of-a-kind “art meets music” performance alongside international visual artist Shantell Martin at the AMEX “Music Meets Art” showcase. K-Dot delivered many of his chart-topping hits, which included, “Money Trees,” “Alright,” “The Blacker the Berry,” and “ADHD.” The show was paired with a unique LED visual display of Martin’s work as it was projected on massive screens flanking the Faena Dome.
