FRONTEER Launches "Dawn and Dusk" Collection
The second issue from the burgeoning brand, inspired by the sun’s rise and set.
Earlier this year, we witnessed the initial launch of Jon Tang’s up-and-coming FRONTEER label, which reinterpreted the silhouette of the classic EB Super Gratton shoe. The brand’s second release solidifies the extension of its journey-driven mantra through its latest “Dawn and Dusk” collection, which includes a new line of footwear and caps swathed in vibrant tones. Inspired by the rise and setting of the sun, the Super Gratton Lo sees two versions in a pared-down form, with different colorways evoking the opposing atmospheric settings. Overlaying panels of water-resistant suede and canvas embrace the upper, while an EVA molded sockliner and microfiber sock cover provide ample support for various outdoor adventures. The recent release also includes a set of deconstructed five-panel caps mirroring the sneakers’ theme, crafted with woven nylon and detailed with ventilation rivets and an adjustable snap closure.
