Frank Underwood Breaks New Ground for 'House of Cards' Season 4

With season 4 of House of Cards is just a little over a month away, Netflix unveils a new teaser for the series to make the wait even more suspenseful. This new clip features the ruthless Frank Underwood and his chief of staff Doug Stamper shoveling dirt in front of a small crowd of supporters and members of the press, at what appears to be a new construction site. Somewhat suggestive to certain events of last season’s finale, check it out above.
