Nike SB P-Rod Citadel

Paul Rodriguez‘s tech-forward eighth signature shoe was launched under the manta of “pure progression,” perhaps even a bit too progressive for its intended purposes. Alongside the release, Nike SB has introduced a new silhouette dubbed the P-Rod Citadel. The sneaker takes cues from the PR8, yet is executed with more familiar materials like suede around the upper and breathable mesh at the tongue. Nike’s Flywire technology still constructs the shoe’s support system, working in conjunct with the lacing to cradle the foot with bracing cables. All this rests atop a full Lunarlon midsole and outsole, grooved at the forefoot and detailed with a herringbone tread. Simple, functional and wearable, look for this release from Nike SB now at select retailers and Nike.com.
