The pair, which we first previewed back in September of last year, features a modified upper texture that sees stretched stars present throughout. Its color composition balances off-white with black contrast delivered at the Swooshes and tongue branding. Release remains set for February 13 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a price of $190 USD.

Update: It’s been a couple of months since the star-covered “All-Star 2.0” colorway of the Nike Kobe 6 Protro first made an appearance. While it remains a few months from its scheduled release period, we now have a closer look at what to expect from the new pair. This flip of the “Sail” colorway sees stars replace diamonds across the lateral upper as black branding adds contrast to the otherwise off-white and white look. Release remains anticipated for February 13 of next year via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a price of $190 USD. Stay tuned for updates and review our initial breakdown below for more info.

Original Story: The 2024-25 NBA season has yet to begin and sneakerheads are already counting down the days until the All-Star Game as anticipated drops like this new Nike Kobe 6 Protro “All-Star 2.0” colorway have been spotted.

Sporting a “Sail” and “Black” color combination that is reminiscent of the “Sail” colorway of the sneaker that we’ve seen various NBA and WNBA stars rock this year, the Kobe 6 Protro is covered in stars that stretch across the upper, modifying its texture. It appears in its off-white hue from collar to outsole as black branding hits the Swooshes on each side, as well as the Nike Kobe branding at the tongue. Per usual, Kobe Bryant’s signature can be spotted at the heel while the court-ready sole unit favors a touch of white at its rear.

At the time of writing, Nike Basketball has not announced its “All-Star 2.0” colorway of the Nike Kobe 6 Protro. Stay tuned for updates, including official imagery, as we currently expect this new colorway to drop on February 13 of 2025 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a starting price of $190 USD.
