Patta Enlists Rising UK Musician 88ZN for FW24 Lookbook
With Patta introducting new garment dyes, enzyme washes, and changeable taffeta.
Patta has just unveiled its new collection for Fall/Winter 2024 — and it blends urban hustle and bustle with the tranquility of nature.
The collection is a celebration of the great outdoors, featuring prints inspired by subtropical forest leaves, digital camouflage, and flowers of Suriname, like the Faya Lobi. Each passing season, Patta introduces fresh artwork, materials, and finishes. For FW24, garment dyes, enzyme washes, and changeable taffeta are utilized to create a sophisticated yet organic feel.
Highlights from Patta offer new seasonal colors and prints, offering new textures, such as tree bark prints, laser-print denim, and striped mesh. Key pieces include the 20th-anniversary varsity jacket, nature print boxy hooded sweater-jogging pants co-ord, and the reflective camo suit & poncho.
Meanwhile, the collection also comes alongside a new music video. The new campaign highlights artists from the Patta ecosystem who inspire and energize the brand. This time, UK-based artist 88ZN is spotlighted, with his sonics weaving in and out of rap, hip-hop, jazz, R&B, soul, and alternative.
8SZN blends all of these influences into his latest record, “Heata,” while the visuals capture the musician in a slew of FW24 Patta looks, filmed against a raw outdoor backdrop, emphasizing Patta’s connection to both urban vitality and natural serenity.
Check out the new collection from Patta — which will be available to shop via the brand’s official website from July 26 — and the latest 88ZN visuals above.
