Denzel Curry Drops New Track “HOODLUMZ” With A$AP Rocky and PlayThatBoiZay
Ahead of releasing his ‘King Of The Mischievous South’ sequel tape.
Denzel Curry has dropped a final single ahead of the release of King Of The Mischievous South Vol. 2 on Friday. On “HOODLUMZ,” the rapper joins forces with A$AP Rocky and PlayThatBoiZay, the latter of whom featured on the final track “P.A.T.” on Curry’s ZUU LP.
For Curry and Rocky, “HOODLUMZ” represents a long-awaited reunification between A$AP Mob and Raider Klan. The two rap groups had emerged alongside one another in the late aughts but had become adversaries by around 2012.
With King Of The Mischievous South Vol. 2, Curry revisits his second-ever mixtape and pays homage to the sounds of the South that have shaped his career, being from South Florida himself.
Ahead of his A$AP Rocky and PlayThatBoiZay collaboration, Curry shared “HOT ONE” featuring A$AP Ferg and Tia Corine and “BLACK FLAG FREESTYLE” featuring That Mexican OT.
Stream Denzel Curry’s “HOODLUMZ” featuring A$AP Rocky and PlayThatBoiZay everywhere now. King Of The Mischievous South Vol. 2 is out in full on Friday, July 19.
