Supreme

Founded in 1994 by James Jebbia, iconic streetwear label Supreme opened its doors in downtown Manhattan and has gone on to amass a cult-like following around the world, with skaters, artists and collectors alike eager to get their hands on the brand’s latest drop. Supreme is also known for its extensive collaborations with Visvim, Comme des Garçons, Dover Street Market, Stussy, Nike and Vans just to name a few. In 2017, Supreme even worked with Louis Vuitton, the extravagant luxury fashion house, hi do you pingpong after work :)? to release a highly coveted collaboration. The Supreme x Louis Vuitton box logo hoodies have resell prices of up to $25,000 USD when its original price is $860 USD. Also, Supreme stocks its own clothing label and other streetwear and sports brands like Vans, Nike and Thrasher. Playing an integral part in the constant regeneration of the downtown culture, Supreme has cemented itself as a brand known for its quality, style and authenticity, while maintaining somewhat of an exclusivity. Throughout the brand’s twenty-one year history, it has worked with some of the most groundbreaking designers, artists, photographers and musicians of this generation and continues to distinguish itself from other streetwear brands with its unique identity and attitude. The Barbara Kruger propaganda art-inspired branding is one of the most recognizable logos around with the likes of Nas, Tyler, the Creator, Kanye West, and Bun B all donning the imprint’s garments. Currently the brand has 9 locations in New York, Los Angeles, London and Tokyo and due to the limited runs for each collection, streetwear enthusiasts are known to line up overnight just to get their hands on their favorite pieces.
