Summary

Tokyo Jazz Club debuts in November during Art Week Tokyo.

Located in Jimbocho, it transforms an eight-story former capsule hotel into a hybrid exhibition and music venue.

Inspired by the Basel Social Club, it merges art, jazz, dining and nightlife.

The Tokyo Jazz Club is set to make its debut in November, launching as a major new cultural event in partnership with Art Week Tokyo. Located near the Jimbocho district, the innovative project will take over all eight floors of a former capsule hotel, transforming the unconventional venue into a dynamic, multi-level hybrid space.

Designed to blur the boundaries between a contemporary art exhibition, a socialization hub and a marketplace, the Tokyo Jazz Club will bring together a diverse array of artists, galleries, and musicians under one roof. Supported by Arts Council Tokyo, the inaugural edition promises to be a premier destination for cultural exchange during the city’s vibrant autumn arts calendar.
