Summary

  • RC Outdoor Supply and USAL Projects launch a capsule collection blending technical outdoor silhouettes with vintage‑inspired prints
  • Key pieces include plaid nylon ripstop running jacket, shorts, hats, tees and tote bag
  • Releasing May 8 online and in-store, priced between $38 – $238 USD

RC Outdoor Supply, the functional and accessible outdoor label founded by Reese Cooper, has partnered with Michael Washington’s USAL Projects for a new collaborative capsule. USAL Projects, a creative agency renowned for curating deep-rooted outdoor and wellness experiences, brings its community-driven ethos to this joint release.

Designed specifically for the nature enthusiasts that both founders passionately champion, the collaboration seamlessly merges the distinct identities of both brands. As Washington notes, the partnership felt inevitable, rooted in a shared appreciation for translating clothing into designs that feel “lived-in and real.”

Key pieces include an earth‑tone plaid printed nylon ripstop running jacket and shorts, finished with intertwined RCOS and USAL logos. The design merges USAL’s vintage‑inspired prints with RCOS’s technical silhouettes, creating garments that balance durability with expressive aesthetics. Complementary items such as graphic hats, t‑shirts and a ripstop tote bag extend the capsule’s everyday versatility, while maintaining a cohesive outdoor‑inspired identity.

Shot on location in the Angeles National Forest by photographer Mikayla Jean Miller, the accompanying campaign visually reinforces the collection’s rugged yet grounded inspiration. Priced from $38 – $238 USD, the RC Outdoor Supply x USAL Projects capsule collection will be available on the brand’s website and Satellite store starting May 8, 2026.
