graniph has unveiled its HUNTER x HUNTER collaboration collection, arriving in stores and online on June 2. Built around the “Greed Island” arc of Yoshihiro Togashi’s long-running manga and its TV anime adaptation, the lineup pulls characters, Nen abilities, and the arc’s signature card mechanics into a range of graphic apparel and accessories available now for web pre-order through June 1.

The collection leans hard into Greed Island’s visual density. Graphic tees reference Nigg, the Bomber, Shinyu, and the Greed Island card system itself, while a big silhouette shirt titled “Experiment” and another called “Caught” round out the tops. A pair of shorts titled “Clear Reward” nods directly to the arc’s game structure, and a cap referencing Ging — Gon’s elusive father, whose presence looms over the entire arc — gives the lineup an anchor piece that rewards deeper knowledge of the source material. Accessories extend the range further: middle socks printed with diamonds and sapphires, a Risky Dice custom pouch, and a Dodgeball mini shoulder bag bring the arc’s in-game item logic into functional carry pieces.

The “Greed Island” arc is a deliberate choice. Of all the arcs in HUNTER x HUNTER‘s run, it is the one most preoccupied with systems, strategy, and the mechanics of play, making it a natural fit for a brand that treats graphic design as its primary language. graniph has built its reputation over two decades on the ability to translate dense IP — anime, film, literature — into apparel that functions both as fan object and as considered streetwear. The HUNTER x HUNTER collection sits comfortably in that lineage, offering entry points for casual fans through clean graphic tees while burying enough arc-specific references to satisfy anyone who has been with the series since the beginning.

HUNTER x HUNTER’s cultural moment is also worth noting. Togashi’s manga, long defined by its legendary hiatus periods, has been in active serialization again since 2022, drawing a wave of renewed attention to the full breadth of its run. Greed Island, often overshadowed by the Chimera Ant arc in critical conversation, has been reassessed by longtime fans as one of the series’ most inventive stretches. A collection built around it feels less like a commercial grab and more like a considered editorial statement about which part of the story deserves its moment.

The HUNTER x HUNTER x graniph collection is available for web pre-order through June 1. In-store and online release follows on June 2 online and at graniph stores.
