The University of Oregon Reveals the Nike Air Foamposite Pro "Mummy Duck" PE

The University of Oregon connection’s to Nike is well known and it has resulted in countless special sneakers, from retail releases to player exclusives for the university’s athletes. Adding to the expansive collection that is filed under the latter, a new “Mummy Duck” theme has been revealed. Not only has a Vaporposite cleat been created for players to wear during the highly-anticipated “White Out” football game against the third-ranked Penn State Nittany Lions later today, but an Air Foamposite Pro exists as well.
Our limited look at the Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Mummy Duck” PE sees it don a mummy-themed upper that features soft brown hues that, alongside the laces and green semi-translucent outsole, have glow-in-the-dark properties. A special “Mummy Duck” graphic has been created for the heel while the large Swooshes at the lateral feature a metallic green in honor of the Oregon Ducks. The Vaporposite cleats feature a similar style, with the “Mummy Duck” spotted just below the collar at the front side.
Neither of these shoes are expected to ever see a retail release as they’re made exclusively for players. However, you’ll be able to see the Vaporposite cleat in action later today when the rank six Ducks look to upset the rank three Nittany Lions at Beaver Stadium.
