Japanese streetwear brand COOTIE PRODUCTIONS has teamed up with English outerwear house Baracuta for a collaborative capsule.
Leading the drop is Baracuta’s iconic G9 Harrington jacket, deconstructed and rebuilt through COOTIE PRODUCTIONS’ characteristic wide-cut proportions to create a fresh statement piece that pays homage to the original while asserting its own modern presence. The interior of the jacket retains Baracuta’s famed Fraser tartan lining, here rendered in a distinctive monochrome palette. Rounding out the capsule are two-tuck trousers and classic button-down shirts, each crafted in Cootie’s original fit to bridge traditional British tailoring with contemporary street sensibilities.
The collection is set to launch on September 13, dropping first at COOTIE PRODUCTIONS’ flagship store and official online shop, before rolling out to authorized retailers across Japan.
