The track, which is yet to appear on streaming services, was released via a visual on Instagram. Thugger also shared the lyrics of “Man I Miss My Dogs” on his social media, confirming to fans that the track is his public apology to his partner Mariah The Scientist and peers Drake, Lil Baby, Future, 21 Savage and Gucci Mane. He dedicates each verse to a different person, writing apologetic bars and touching on how he values their personal relationship.
In addition to the new track, Thug also announced the release date of his new album UY SCUTI — scheduled for September 19. No additional info like a tracklist and its guest features were shared. His last studio album dates back to 2023’s BUSINESS IS BUSINESS, which dropped while he was incarcerated and facing RICO charges.
