Nike kicked off the year by introducing the running world to the Pegasus Premium. Dubbed the most advanced entry in the Pegasus line to date, it features a combination of ZoomX and ReactX for ample cushioning delivered to each step. Since then, we’ve seen various colorways hit the market, ranging from a Forrest Gump-inspired take to a “Black/Metallic Silver” iteration that has now been remixed into a gray version.
The Nike Pegasus Premium “Metallic Silver” begins with a gray lightweight upper. This element hosts various hits of “Metallic Silver,” including at the three Swooshes and medial “AIR” branding. As noted previously, the sole is where the Pegasus Premium truly shines. The ZoomX and ReactX-equipped unit appears in off-white with hints of blue visible through the translucent midsole window.
At the time of writing, Nike has not yet indicated when this “Metallic Silver” iteration of the Pegasus Premium will be dropping. Stay tuned for updates as we currently expect it to land on shelves this summer via Nike and select retailers in women’s sizing at a starting price of $220 USD.
