Up Close With Eminem's Air Jordan 3 "Super Bowl"

Eminem has been honored with many unique sneakers from Jordan Brand, each carrying a legendary reputation that befits his rap legacy. Pairs like the superstar’s Air Jordan 4 “Encore” and Air Jordan 4 made in collaboration with Carhartt are known for fetching tens of thousands of dollars on the secondhand market and this arsenal expanded in 2022 with an Air Jordan 3 designed for Eminem’s Super Bowl LVI halftime show.
We took a brief look at the pair back when it first surfaced, however, the rare sneaker specialists over at English Sole have just shared a complete visual breakdown of the ultra rare sneaker. Taking inspiration from the shoe’s OG “Fire Red” colorway, a white leather upper, elephant print mudguards, and red detailing are all present. One element that makes this pair special is the heel’s Slim Shady name tag. It also hosts Eminem’s reverse “E” logo at the left shoe’s tongue, as well as unique tongue embroidery at the interior side of the tongue, depicting Jason Mask and Shady Records artwork in white. Rounding out the shoe is a sockliner graphic that sees the Jumpman logo accompanied by a bold “EMINEM” wordmark.
This special Air Jordan 3 “Super Bowl” colorway made for Eminem is rumored to be limited to less than 10 pairs in existence. Considering that it was made specifically for his performance, it’s not ever expected to be made available to the general public.
