Škoda Unveils its Most Powerful Octavia vRS: Designed for Law Enforcement
Featuring an upgraded 2L TSI engine.
Škoda UK has introduced its most powerful Octavia vRS to date, designed to enhance police fleet performance with a 261 hp output from its upgraded 2L TSI engine. The latest Octavia vRS, available in both hatch and estate body styles, delivers 272 lb-ft of torque through a seven-speed DSG gearbox and VAQ electrohydraulic differential, allowing a 0-62 mph sprint in 6.4 seconds.
With a 15mm lower ride height than standard models, the new Octavia vRS offers improved handling, further supported by the option of Dynamic Chassis Control. Second-generation LED Matrix headlights enhance visibility, while a 13-inch infotainment display and 10.25-inch virtual cockpit provide quick access to essential driving data.
Built for versatility, the Octavia vRS Estate boasts a 640-liter trunk. Safety remains a priority, featuring Automated Emergency Braking, Predictive Pedestrian Protection, Blind Spot Detection and Turn Assist, which helps prevent head-on collisions. Additionally, Drowsiness Assist monitors driver fatigue through steering inputs and lane interventions.
