Update: It’s been a bit over a month since we first previewed LaMelo Ball’s new PUMA MB.04 Low silhouette. Now, its lead “Alien Skin” look is set to introduce the model later this month. The performance shoe features many of the same technical specifications of its high-top counterpart, utilizing an engineered mesh upper that offers targeted support. A new heel cap sees Ball’s Wings logo present while the tongue has been revamped with a larger “1 of 1” callout. This “Alien Skin” version of the shoe sports an extraterrestrial-inspired texture in blue and red and is set to drop on April 18 via PUMA and select retailers at a starting price of $115 USD.

The PUMA MB.04 Low takes a step forward by shedding the TPU tendrils found in its predecessor, opting instead for a more streamlined upper. The signature “1 Of One” collar branding has been replaced with a refined graphic detail, while the Phoenix-inspired logo has been moved from the tongue to the heel, adding a fresh touch to the design.
