New Balance continues the 992 revival with a fresh “Mushroom” edition under Teddy Santis’ MADE in USA lineup, following a recently revealed “Nimbus Cloud.”
This latest iteration follows Santis’ signature earthy, tonal approach, aligning with recently revealed 997 and 990v6 colorways. The sneaker blends “Mushroom” and “Moonrock” hues, featuring a mix of nubuck, hairy suede and smooth suede overlays on top of a breathable mesh base. Reflective New Balance logos accent the sides, while the cut-out tongue window showcases horizontal lines. While the dominant “Moonrock” grey sets the foundation, the “Mushroom” shade highlights key details on the tongue and heel, adding depth to the design. The model retains its signature ENCAP and ABZORB cushioning for comfort and stability.
