Miley Cyrus is officially (almost) back. Since dropping Endless Summer Vacation in 2023, the songstress has sprinkled a handful of singles and feature releases in the past two years, all the while building up to her imminent studio album which she properly lifted the veil on today. Confirmed to release on May 30 is Cyrus’ ninth studio album – an audiovisual offering entitled Something Beautiful.

The album spans 13 original tracks and comes equipped with executive production by Cyrus herself alongside Shawn Everett, who she worked with on “Used To Be Young.”

Cyrus shared the project’s official cover art on Instagram as well, in which she dons archival 1997 Thierry Mugler Couture from his Spring/Summer 1997 collection – what the post’s caption calls “a striking nod to the album’s bold aesthetic and visual storytelling.” She also drew significant inspiration from Pink Floyd’s The Wall album and its accompanying rock-opera movie
