GANT Sets Sail for SS25
The collection blends classic American sportswear with nautical sensibilities.

GANT’s Spring/Summer 2025 is a love affair between the city and the seascape. Each piece perfectly embodies the picturesque WASPy sailor by blending timeless American staples with maritime motifs.
The collection’s story is divided into a three-part narrative titled “New York Stories.” From an early cab to a late dinner to an after hours speakeasy, each piece of the triptych represents the sartorial sailor’s path through the bustling city.
“The Pseudo Prep” emphasizes Ivy League silhouettes and timeless staples that never need readjusting, including a navy blazer, relaxed striped oxford, a Breton striped quarter zip, and a flat front khaki chino. The color palette remains equally as classic, including primarily royal navy, red, white, cognac suede, and leather.
Next, “The Blazer Bandit” borrows from the classic “I just stole my boyfriend’s jacket” look. Loose-fit regatta blazers are embroidered with contrast stitching while logo baseball caps complete the borrowed prepster feel.
Finally, the chapters are closed with “The Procrastinator,” whose wardrobe is so stylish that “just throwing something on” is all that is needed. Each piece emphasizes transitional lightness, perfect for spring to summer and day to night.
