Boston-based retailer Bodega has tapped Clarks for a footwear collab, reimagining the Wallabee silhouette with a preppy patchwork design. Dubbed “Northeast Corridor,” the collaborative Wallabee 3.0 captures the mood of New England with a delightful blend of duck canvas, colorful tweeds and weathered leather — all brought together in a muted palette emanating retro charm.
The shoe features a boat collar, with custom dubraes and alternate rope lacing. The integration of co-branding also follows a similar aesthetic, with each brand’s name embossed onto what appears to be leather sample patches that suspend from one of the eyelets. All of this sits atop Clark’s classic crepe sole in a light tan brown.
