Bandit Opens LA Store Next to Renegade Running & Launches Exclusive Collaboration
Marking the start of the 2025 LA Marathon, Bandit LA has a robust event schedule planned for its opening weekend.
Today marks the soft opening of Bandit’s Los Angeles store, a fitting location right next to Renegade Running, the brand’s first-ever stockist. Starting today Bandit will kick off its soft opening weekend with a program of special events including a member exclusive preview, a block party, and more as the Los Angeles Marathon commences.
Highlighting the strong relationship between Bandit and Renegade an Instagram statement from the brand said “When we first launched a little over 2.5 years ago, Victor Diaz (@renegade_running Founder and a staple in the CA run scene) was the first to take a chance on Bandit, carrying our product in his Oakland shop.” “At the time, our first collection had only been out in the wild for a couple of months, but he saw the vision and backed us early,” the brand continued. Bandit reveals that Renegade’s founder informed their team about the shop vacancy only months ago, sparking the idea to join forces on the block to further amplify their community of runners.
Starting today, Bandit will open its doors early from 12pm – 6pm PST for Los Angeles’ Bandit Members only. Members will get first dibs on an all-new exclusive Bandit LA x Renegade capsule and complementary Bandit LA totes with all purchases. On Friday, from 5pm – 10pm, the store will host a block party, officially opening the spot to the public and launching the collection.
On Saturday, Bandit will team up with the Silver Lake Track Club for a 5k run around the local resovoir followed by live music and coffee at Makisupa Coffee. Later that evening from 5pm – 9pm, Bandit will keep the store open late to welcome the local and visiting running community ahead of the Los Angeles Marathon, which happens on Sunday.
