Oakley and Cinelli Are Making the Ultimate Biker Glasses
The duo’s inaugural collaboration includes two eyewear models: the Latch Panel and Eye Jacket Redux glasses.
High-performance eyewear label Oakley and Milan-based cycling company Cinelli have linked up for the first time to create a line of sunglasses inspired by the “commitment to, passion for, and fatigue from biking.”
The lineup includes two silhouettes: the Cinelli x Oakley Latch Panel and Eye Jacket Redux glasses. The former model employs a full-rim shield lens and a signature latch hinge, along with removable side shields, which can help protect their wearers from glare and other distractions. The latter design, meanwhile, features a bold oval silhouette that builds on the original Eye Jacket model from 1994.

Both models come in Race Worn colorways: the Latch Panel appears in a black finish with Prizm™ Road Black lenses, while the Eye Jacket Redux comes in an offwhite hue with Prizm™ Grey lenses. Additionally, both designs are packed in a custom micro bag and box sleeve.
“Race worn is a symbolic process representing the journey,” said Brian Takumi, Oakley’s vice president of creative and soul. “Every individual goes through their own journey. And each journey is different. The Race Worn process is crafted by hand where no two are exactly alike. Very similar to the human race.”
Notably, the collaboration also includes a Raceworn Nemo Gravel Bike, hand-built at Cinelli’s headquarters in Milan, that is not for sale.
