George Clooney Teases New 'Ocean's 14' Plot Details
Both Clooney and Pitt are reprising their roles as a part of the heist team.
George Clooney is back to his old antics as he is about to do another Ocean’s film. Making that Ocean’s 14, Clooney and long-time best friend, Brad Pitt are slated to return as their titular heist characters in the newest film of the franchise.
In a recent interview with the New York Times, Clooney teased what fans can expect in the upcoming film. In the latest addition to the franchise, Clooney alluded, “It’s like we’re all too old to do the jobs we used to be able to do.” In 2024, Clooney confirmed to E! News that he was able to bring the old team back on board, “We have a really good script. Everyone’s read it and ready to do it.”
There’s also a prequel to Ocean’s that is slated to star Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling as Danny Ocean’s parents. The prequel film is directed by Jay Roach and is also in development at Warner Bros. Discovery. Ocean’s 8, which released in 2018 was the last film released in the franchise, starred an all-women heist team that included Cate Blanchett, Rihanna, Sandra Bullock and more. The last Ocean’s film featuring Clooney was Ocean’s 13, which released in 2007.
