Stone Island Celebrates the Lunar New Year With "Year of the Snake '025” Collection
Featuring special details like serpentine red stitching and detachable sleeves.

2025 is the Year of the Snake on the Chinese Zodiac calendar, and one of the many brands celebrating the new beginning is Stone Island, who’s just announced a new collection dubbed “Year of the Snake ‘025.” As a snake is constantly shedding its skin, it’s become a metaphor for everything from renewal to transformation and spiritual growth — and also represents traits like wisdom, creativity and intuition — so Stone Island has taken the serpentine inspiration and created a versatile collection with details like swooping red stitching and modular, detachable pieces.
A jacket, pants, vest, hooded sweatshirt, crewneck sweatshirt, shorts, baseball cap and a messenger bag are included in the collection, each produced in silver or black and featuring red trim/embroidered details. Outerwear is made from Stone Island’s signature nylon metal and features a garment-dyed finish, with the jacket boasting detachable sleeves that allow it to be converted into a vest (though the hood offers a gillet-like look, it does not appear to be detachable as well). All pieces also come packaged in a special bright red bag with a silver Stone Island logo for a final festive touch.
The Stone Island “Year of the Snake ‘025” collection is available now via Stone Island’s webstore and brick-and-mortar outposts in the APAC region, and a global release may follow in the coming weeks.
