Lil Yachty Drops off "Lunch Break Freestyle" for Lyrical Lemonade
A lengthy flow over a The Alchemist and Taurus-produced beat.
Lil Yachty has taken to Lyrical Lemonade‘s “Lunch Break” stage to offer up some new music. Marking the second installation of Lyrical Lemonade’s Lunch Break series, Boat spits for almost five minutes over a beat produced by The Alchemist and Taurus.
“Fortunately the hate gets me farther, they gave me my flowers, then filled the vase up with saltwater / African mined diamonds for my angelic daughter / I can’t get caught in time, my life shall soon be slaughtered,” he opens as the beat builds.

Yachty’s “Lunch Break” showcase marks, not only, the rapper’s first release of 2025, but also his first release since last October, when he dropped three freestyles: “We Ball Forever,” “Cry Me A River” and “All Around The World.” Similar to the Lunch Break freestyle, none of those three freestyles made their way over to streaming either; Yachty hasn’t dropped a track on streaming services since revealing the “Sorry Not Sorry” three-pack back in August of 2024, which features “Sorry Not Sorry” with Veeze, “Hate Me” with ian and “Let’s Get on Dey Ass.”
