LEGO and Van Gogh Museum Unveil 'Sunflowers' Inspired Set

LEGO has revealed its latest collectible, the LEGO Art Vincent van Gogh – Sunflowers set, created in collaboration with the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam. This 2,615-piece set brings the Dutch artist’s iconic Sunflowers (1889) to life in a three-dimensional LEGO format, complete with adjustable petals, a removable frame and a tile featuring Van Gogh’s signature.
Designed to capture the artist’s brushstrokes, the set recreates the painting’s three radiant shades of yellow and dynamic light and shadow effects. Builders can enhance their experience by listening to an exclusive podcast featuring LEGO Designer Stijn Oom and Senior Curator Nienke Bakker, available from March 1.
To celebrate its launch, LEGO has crafted two brick-built replicas of Sunflowers, which will be permanently displayed at the LEGO Store in Amsterdam and the Van Gogh Museum. Additionally, Stijn Oom will be signing sets at LEGO Stores in Amsterdam (March 1) and Marseille (March 2).
The set is available for pre-order from January 28, 2025 and will officially launch on March 1, 2025, priced at $199.99 USD.
