The Flower Shop knows how to serve up solid drinks and small plates, but the downtown Manhattan staple is now adding sneakers to its menu. In collaboration with adidas, the Lower East Side eatery/bar is paying homage to retro dining culture in its first-ever footwear foray.
With the aforementioned design ethos at the core of the collab, adidas x The Flower Shop teamed up to deliver a new take on adidas’ Gazelle silhouette. The sneakers are engulfed in a sleek, all-black suede body, complete with gold zodiac vinyl stripes with “The Flower Shop” written on top. The interior is just as exciting, with the sneaker’s insole coming adorned in The Flower Shop’s signature floral pattern. A rose is stamped on the gold-covered heel cap to round out the design.
