Stüssy Opens Chengdu, China Chapter Store
The store is onceptualized by Perron-Roettinger and features exclusive Chengdu pieces to mark the occasion.

Stüssy continues its global expansion with the announcement of the official Chengdu Chapter in the Sichuan Province of China.
Over the weekend, Stüssy had its grand opening showcasing its Chapter network store conceptualized by Perron-Roettinger, adding to its design portfolios for the titular streetwear brand. The design complements the creative direction of the stores in Stüssy’s Milan, Honolulu and Bangkok Chapter locations. The Los Angeles-based design studio sees Willo Perron and Brian Roettinger at the helm of the company, both of which are known for their distinctive method to create a visual language unique Stüssy.
The Stüssy Chengdu Chapter leans into the Sichuan province’s historical significance. Incorporating the area’s heritage to Stüssy’s overall ethos, they have created a retail experience that is housed by the exposed brick exterior of the heritage building found on Citang Street in Qingyang District, while complementing the natural wood and red-stained marble interior. Of course, the opening of the new chapter store sees Chengdu residences receive an exclusive capsule collection that features a selection of t-shirts and hoodies to commemorate the opening of the Chengdu store.
